About

The Ballinger Park Sports Complex is home to the Sunshine Coast Hockey Association with a floodlit, international-standard synthetic hockey pitch. With four grass hockey fields within the complex and a new viewing deck off the club house, the Complex is the regional headquarters for field hockey on the Sunshine Coast.

The facility has welcomed many international teams over the years including an Australia vs USA Women’s Hockey series in 2012, and was the main training venue for Scotland prior to the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
