Kawana Aquatic Centre

Kawana Aquatic Centre, located on the Sunshine Coast, is equipped with a range of heated pools to accommodate various aquatic activities. It boasts a 50-metre ten lane Olympic pool, with plans to add a submersible swim wall by 2025. There is also a 25-metre six lane program pool, which provides ramp access and an aquatic wheelchair. Divers can utilise the 15-metre dive pool, complete with 3m and 1m springboards. Additionally, the centre features a 20-metre five lane indoor program pool designed for teaching and water safety programs. The facility has a history of hosting training test matches, including events for Australian and Japanese Men’s Water Polo teams in 2024, and previously, matches between Australian and American Men's and Women's Water Polo teams in 2018.
