Situated within the Gold Coast Sports Precinct alongside the Gold Coast Sport and Leisure Centre and Carrara Indoor Sports Stadium, the People First Stadium is an oval stadium with a seating capacity of 27,500. Used predominately for AFL and cricket, the venue is situated next to the AFL Gold Coast Suns high performance facility. The venue was used for the Opening Ceremony and athletics at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 2018.
