QUT Kelvin Grove Campus

QUT Kelvin Grove Campus features comprehensive sports facilities designed to support a variety of activities and events. The QUT Sport Fitness and Aquatic Centre houses a fully equipped gym with a dedicated group fitness studio and a 25m heated pool on the Ground Floor, complete with separate male and female change rooms, showers, and lockers.

Adjacent to the centre is a FIFA-accredited sports field with an artificial grass (LigaTurf) surface, marked for football (soccer) and touch football. The facility includes football goals, separate male and female amenities, and a seminar room for meetings or film screenings, accessible via paid car parking and a lift.

Indoors, the campus offers an indoor sports court with a recently installed sprung floor and markings for basketball, volleyball, netball, badminton, and futsal. It is equipped with necessary posts and nets for each sport, accessible via lifts and stairs.

These facilities primarily support university teaching and host a variety of activities including social sport competitions, school groups, and local sporting clubs.
