About

The UniSC Sport and Fitness Precinct in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast features a modern 3-court Arena accommodating up to 3,000 spectators, including a show court used by the Sunshine Coast Lightning Super Netball team. Facilities include a 50m Olympic Swimming Pool and a 25m Pool, and recovery amenities such as hot and cold plunges, and a SwimEx pool treadmill connected to a high-performance Gym.

Additionally, the Precinct includes a synthetic athletics track meeting World Athletics standards, surrounded by multiple sporting fields. The precinct has hosted international netball teams, national basketball leagues, and elite athletics events in the past.
